Williams <br />Lots 15 & 16, Block 2, Kings Music Lands Subdivision <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting of September 03, 1991. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Lester & Luereda D. Williams, <br />owne3vof the subject property, for the release of the common three <br />(3) foot side lot utility and drainage easements of Lots 15 & 16, <br />Block 2, Kings Music Lands Subdivision, being the southerly three <br />(3) feet of Lot 15 and the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 16. It <br />is the petitioner's intention to construct a single-family <br />residence on the subject property. <br />The current zoning classification of the subject property is RS -3, <br />Single -Family Residential District.
