UW -90 -24 -DS <br />BACKGROUND <br />On August 6, 1991, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved Resolutions 91-91 and 91-92, which contained <br />the preliminary assessment roll and established the public hearing <br />for the subject project. Property owners have been notified of the <br />public hearing by certified mail. Resolution 91-91 was published in <br />the Vero Beach Press Journal on August 14, 1991.
