RESOLUTION NO. 91- 143 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A FINAL <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991-92 FOR CERTAIN <br />NONTAXING FUNDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />has held the necessary budget hearings as provided by Florida law, has <br />considered all expenditures set forth in the budgets, and now determines <br />that adoption of the budgets is in the best interest of the citizens of Indian <br />River County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of <br />County Commissioners hereby adopts the budgets set forth in Exhibits A, B, <br />C and D to this resolution for this following funds: <br />STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT <br />Single Light District <br />ENTERPRISE & INTERNAL SERVICE FUNDS <br />Golf Course <br />Building Department <br />Water & Sewer Utilities <br />Utilities Impact Fee <br />Fleet Management <br />Self -Insurance Fund <br />OTHER FUNDS <br />Special Revenue <br />Capital Projects <br />OTHER DEBT FUNDS <br />1985 Refunding & Improvement Bonds <br />Route 60 Sewer Assessment Bond <br />Route 60 Water Assessment Bond ° <br />Rockridge Special Assessment Bond <br />North County Sewer Assessment Bond <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner WhPPI Pr , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner -Eggert , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N.
