It reads the same as an ordinance that was recently <br />reviewed/approved by the DCA, and staff recommends adoption. <br />Chairman Bird opened the public hearing and asked -if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter. <br />Cheryl Ann Burke of the Substance Abuse Council spoke in <br />favor of the adoption of this ordinance.
