Howie <br />Lot 14, Block 140, Vero Beach Highlands <br />Subdivision Unit No. 4 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting of September 24, 1991. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Claude D. Howie, owner of the <br />subject property, for the release of a three (3) foot portion of <br />the rear twelve (12) foot utility and.drainage easement of Lot 14, <br />Block 140, Vero Beach Highlands Subdivision, Unit No. 4. It is the <br />petitioner's intention to release the easement to maintain <br />compliance with the required yard setbacks for swimming pools as <br />per Chapter 911.15(2)(f) of the County Land Development Code. <br />The current zoning classification of the subject property is RS -6, <br />Single -Family Residential District.
