NOV D 5 1991 <br />BOOK 84 Fr",GF.6"j`5 <br />WHEREAS, the Florida Bar Board ok Governors at its May <br />10, 1991, meeting did decline to support the Bar's Florida <br />Rules of Judicial Administration Committee's proposal that <br />the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration be amended to <br />require that legal pleadings be filed on recycled paper; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT: <br />I. The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />1 <br />County asks that the Florida Bar Board of Governors <br />reconsider and reverse its refusal to endorse the Bar's <br />Florida Rules of Judicial Administration Committee's <br />position that the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration <br />be amended to require that legal pleadings be filed on <br />recycled paper. <br />2.. This Resolution, when approved and adopted by The <br />Board of County Commissioners, shall become effective upon <br />adoption. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Eggert and seconded by Commissioner <br />Wheeler , and, being put to a vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Richard N.
