ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 91-173 dedicating County -owned land <br />for a right-of-way, and approved a Deed of Easement <br />granting an easement to FP&L for the purpose of <br />placing an electrical transformer within a small <br />portion of County -owned property at the intersection <br />of right-of-way lines at the northeast corner of Kings <br />Highway and Hobart Road. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91- 173 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA DEDICATING COUNTY -OWNED LAND <br />FOR A RIGHT-OF-WAY. <br />WHEREAS, the County owns certain parcels of land in fee <br />simple, and <br />1 ti WHEREAS, portions of said parcels are needed for right-of-way, <br />`1 <br />and - <br />WHEREAS, it is in the public interest and will assist orderly <br />administration to dedicate by resolution the needed right-of-way to. <br />the general public, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />that: <br />1. The land described in paragraph two of this Resolution is <br />hereby dedicated to public right-of-way. Said dedication to remain in <br />effect until this Resolution is specifically set aside or superseded. <br />1 2.. , Legal descriptions of right-of-way: <br />a. The East 50 feet of the West 90 feet, LESS the <br />South 40 feet, of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of <br />Section 33, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, <br />Indian River County. <br />1 <br />b.
