TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: November 13, 1991 <br />SUBJECT: MISCELLANEOUS BUDGET AMENDMENT 004 - CONSENT AGENDA <br />FROM: Joseph A. Bair <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />1. Contract with Cathco, Inc. to construct parking facilities on 19th <br />Ave. was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on <br />June 11, 1991. The attached entry appropriates funding for <br />balance of the project. <br />2. This entry is to appropriate the funding for the Library <br />Information and Referral grant ($15,000) for 1991/92 which was <br />approved by the Board of County Commissioners at the May 7, <br />1991 meeting. <br />3. This entry is to appropriate the funding for the Library <br />Technology Grant ($30,000) for 1991/92 which was approved by <br />the Board of County Commissioners at the May 7, 1991 meeting. <br />4. The State of Florida, Department of Labor, has charged Indian <br />River County for Unemployment Compensation payments to <br />former employees. A budget amendment is required to reflect <br />these payments. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached budget <br />amendment number 004. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />Budget Amendment 004, as follows: <br />5 <br />
