He pointed out that these "live aboard" requirements <br />are pretty liberal when you consider that someone can live aboard <br />their boat for 7 consecutive days and not be a "live aboard". <br />Section 12 (c)_of Chapter_11 - A sentence is added clarifying <br />that in the Con -3 area, which is essentially the xeric scrub area <br />between the St. Sebastian River and Roseland Road, the specific <br />boundaries of that district are confirmed on a site -by -site basis <br />as they are in the wetland areas: <br />A <br />a <br />�• f' <br />zoning atlas. The eastern general boundary of the Con -3 <br />District shall be the west right-of-way line of Roseland Road. The <br />western boundary of the district shall be enerally depicted in the <br />official zoning atlas. The specific boundary of the <br />Con -3 District shall be determined on a site -by -site basis by a <br />boundary survey, based on soil types and the existence of <br />xeric scrub vegetation <br />as verified by county <br />environmental planning staff, in consultation with the Florida Game <br />and Fresh Water Fish Commission (GFC) and other appropriate <br />agencies.
