Tuesday, November 26, 1991 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Special Session with the Sebastian City Council <br />at the First Floor Conference Room, County Administration <br />Building, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, <br />November 26, 1991, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. Present were Richard N. <br />Bird, Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners; Gary C. <br />Wheeler, Vice Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman; Carolyn K. Eggert; <br />and Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Also present were James E. Chandler, <br />County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, Attorney to the Board <br />of County Commissioners; and Virginia Hargreaves, Deputy Clerk. <br />Present from the City of Sebastian were Mayor W. E. Conyers; <br />Vice Mayor Frank Oberbeck; Councilmen Peter R. Holyk, Lonnie <br />Powell, and George G. Reid; City Manager Robert McClary and other <br />members of the City staff. <br />City Manager McClary announced that the City has recently <br />commissioned a traffic circulation study with the consulting firm <br />of Kimley-Horn and they have representatives here from that firm. <br />Chairman Bird called the joint meeting to order, welcomed <br />all our guests from Sebastian, introduced all the County <br />Commissioners and staff, and asked that the officials from <br />Sebastian be introduced to those present also. <br />Mayor Conyers performed the introduction of all the City <br />Councilmen and Sebastian staff. <br />Chairman Bird announced that this Joint Meeting was called <br />to discuss CR512 Road widening through the City of Sebastian, as <br />advertised in the following Notice: <br />PAGE <br />NOV 2 6 1991 <br />
