Staff recommends the Board approve the cancellation of the lease <br />agreement with the City of Fellsmere and approve the lease agreement <br />.with the Fellsmere Volunteer Ambulance Service, Inc., as relates to <br />'the Community Center Building located in Fellsmere adjacent to the <br />ambulance service. Staff also recommends that the Board authorize <br />the Chairman to execute the necessary documents involving the leases. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />'Letter from Mayor Brooks dated August 5, 1991 <br />!Cancellation of Lease Agreement with City of Fellsmere <br />ILease Agreement with Fellsmere Volunteer Ambulance Service, Inc. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, to approve the cancellation <br />of the lease agreement with the City of Ft <br />and approve the lease agreement with Fellsmere <br />Volunteer Ambulance Service, Inc., as relates to the <br />Community Center Building located in Fellsmere <br />adjacent to the ambulance service, and authorized <br />the Chairman to execute the necessary documents <br />involving the leases, as recommended by staff. <br />Under discussion, Commissioner Bowman asked who will be paying <br />for the repairs to this building. <br />Emergency Services Director Wright responded that the repairs <br />have been done by the Fellsmere Volunteer Ambulance personnel.
