UW -91 -02 -DS <br />BACKGROUND <br />On October 22, 1991, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved Resolutions 91-165 and 91-166, which <br />contained the preliminary assessment roll and established the date <br />of the public hearing for the subject project. Property owners have <br />been notified of the public hearing by certified mail. Resolution <br />91-165 was published in the PRESS JOURNAL on October 28, 1991. (See <br />attached agenda item and minutes of the above meeting.) <br />ANALYSIS <br />Design of the water distribution system is complete. Approval of <br />the attached Resolution III will confirm and approve the preliminary <br />assessments. The attached map displays the area to benefit from the <br />assessment project.
