There being none, he closed <br />the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 91-49, as amended above, adding a new Chapter <br />207 - Licensing and License Taxes. <br />ORDINANCE 91-4q. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY., <br />FLORIDA, ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 207 <br />LICENSING AND LICENSE TAXES. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is in the process of enacting a <br />new code of Ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance has for its purpose the editorial transfer <br />of the regulations governing licensing and license taxes from the old <br />code to the new code, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, that: <br />SECTION 1. NEW CHAPTER. <br />A new Chapter 207 Licensing and License Taxes, as set forth in <br />Attachment "A" to this ordinance is hereby adopted. <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL. <br />Those portions of the Indian River County Code (1974) superseded <br />ror in conflict with the provision herein adopted, in particular Chapter <br />15, are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY. <br />If any section, or any sentence, paragraph, phrase, or word of <br />this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, <br />inoperative, or void, such holding shall not affect the remaining <br />16 <br />
