O'Brien - Assistant County Attorney/ <br />DATE: December 9, 1991 <br />RE: PUBLIC HEARING - 12/17/91 - ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 363 <br />COURTS <br />The attached ordinance has been prepared in connection with the <br />ongoing revision of the Indian River County Code (1974 edition) . The <br />Board of County Commissioners has previously authorized the <br />advertising of this ordinance for a public hearing on December 17, <br />1991. <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached proposed ordinance. <br />Attorney O'Brien commented that Section 303.24 has been added <br />to provide the funding mechanism to reflect the new state law. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone <br />r <br />wished to be heard in this matter.
