If we <br />originally had placed the hydrants at the farthest point of our <br />right-of-way, they would have been very far from the road and <br />unusable. <br />Chairman Bird asked for the location of the proposed widening. <br />Capital Projects Engineer Bill McCain stated it is at 90th <br />Avenue east to 43rd Avenue.
