US -92 -08 -CS <br />BACKGROUND - <br />"-A petition has been received for a sewer main extension for- 114th <br />;Lane.' We are now coming to the Board of County COMAissioner�s to <br />seek approval to begin design of the above project. (See attached <br />.petition and plat map.) <br />+ANALYSIS. <br />The subdivision contains nine lots owned by six owners. __The_ <br />'property owners signing the petition represent 66.670 of 'the <br />:properties to be served. Two of the owners were not readily <br />:available to sign due to being out:of town. _.One of the properties <br />As tenant -occupied. - <br />The attached map displays ,the area to benefit from'the assessment <br />project. <br />This project is to be paid through the assessment of propertyowners <br />along the proposed sewer line route. In the interim, financng will <br />be through the use of impact fee funds. Design services will be <br />provided by the Department of Utility Services. <br />- RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends approval <br />of the above -listed project. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />Project No. US -92 -08 -CS for sewer service in <br />Rousseau River Shores, as recommended by staff. <br />WATER SERVICE TO INDIAN RIVER COUNTY MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOLS <br />The Board reviewed memo from Utility Services Director Terry <br />Pinto dated December 6, 1991: <br />89 <br />BOOK f.�GE 1,y' <br />DEC 1 119 <br />40 <br />
