SPECIAL MEETING
<br />Friday, December 20, 1991
<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, met in Special Session at the County Commission Chambers,
<br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Friday, December 20,
<br />1991, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Richard -N. Bird, Chairman;
<br />Gary C. Wheeler, Vice Chairman; and Don C. Scurlock, Jr.
<br />Commissioners Margaret C. Bowman and Carolyn K. Eggert were
<br />attending a meeting of the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council
<br />in Stuart, Florida. Also present were James E. Chandler, County
<br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of County
<br />Commissioners; and Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk.
<br />Chairman Bird called the meeting to order.
<br />TEFRA HEARING - ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION AND INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
<br />BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND ESCAMBIA COUNTY HOUSING FINANCE
