Final Payment for Environmental Assessment of Parcel III <br />Indian River Boulevard Phase IV <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 12/27/91: <br />TO: James Chandler <br />County Administrator <br />THROUGH: James W. Davis, P.E. <br />Public Works Director <br />FROM: Terry B. Thompson, P.E. <br />Capital Projects Manager <br />SUWECT: Final Payment for Professional Services Environmental <br />Assessment of Parcel 111, Indian River Boulevard, Phase <br />IV <br />DATE: December 27, 1991 (CONSENT AGENDA) <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On October 15, 1991, the County entered into Work Order No. 6 with <br />Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for professional services to <br />prepare an Environmental Assessment on approximately 18.5 acres of <br />land associated with Parcel 111 for Phase IV of Indian River <br />Boulevard. <br />This project is now complete and Kimley-Horn is requesting payment <br />of the ten percent (10%) retainage. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends that the 10% retainage be released. Funding is <br />from Account No. 309-215-541-033.13. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved the <br />release of the 10t retainage to Kimley-Horn and Assoc., <br />Inc. for preparation of an Environmental Assessment on <br />Parcel III of Phase IV of Indian River Boulevard, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />8 <br />
