,c <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Stipulated Settlement Agreement in the amount of <br />$317,500 as full and final settlement of all claims, fees <br />and costs in the case of IRC vs. Hubbard, as recommended <br />by Deputy County Attorney Collins. <br />COPY OF STIPULATED SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF <br />THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS/REAPPOINTMENTS <br />The Board reviewed a listing of term expirations -for -members <br />of all committees, and Chairman Eggert stated that she would like <br />to fill two vacancies on the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee <br />with Lynette Bell and Carl Stratton. She further noted that the <br />Housing Finance Authority will be reorganized and restaffed at a <br />later date. She advised that Jean Mitsakos will be replacing Rod <br />Paradise on the Economic Development Council, Claudia McNulty will <br />be replacing Sue Dugan on the Children's Advisory Committee, and <br />Steve Holmes is still the IRMH representative on the Primary <br />Care/Public Health Dept. Bldg.
