Tuesday, January 14, 1992 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida; on Tuesday, January 14, <br />1992, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Present were Carolyn K. Eggert, <br />Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman; Vice Chairman, Richard N. Bird, Gary <br />C. Wheeler, and Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Also present were James E. <br />Chandler, County Administrator; William G. Collins II, Deputy <br />County Attorney; and Patricia Held, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Commissioner Don C. Scurlock, Jr., led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Commissioner Bird requested the addition of Item 13.C, <br />regarding the blocking of railroad crossings. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously added <br />the above item to the Agenda. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or corrections <br />to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 26, 1991. There <br />were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board approved the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 26, 1991 <br />as written. <br />MR CJ 11,,U*c.11JU <br />
