F. Subordination Agreement for Utility Impact Fee Extension <br />Agreement <br />The Board reviewed memo from County Attorney Charles Vitunac <br />dated January 28, 1992: <br />TO: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />"4veL_ <br />FROM: Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: January 28, 1992 <br />RE: SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT FOR UTILITY <br />IMPACT FEE EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />River Run is refinancing its mortgage and the bank has requested the <br />County sign the attached subordination agreement on the impact fee <br />extension agreement that they have with the County. This agreement <br />will ensure that the County's lien is subordinate to a new first being <br />put on the property. <br />The applicant has furnished the relevant agreement, and the Utilities <br />Department has no objection to the Board's having Mr. . Chandler <br />execute the subordination of the impact fee lien. (Mr. Chandler <br />executed the initial lien agreement, so he should execute its <br />subordination.) <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />and authorized the County Administrator to execute <br />the Subordination Agreement on the Impact Fee <br />Extension Agreement dated September 26, 1991 <br />executed by River Run Development, Inc., to Indian <br />River County, as recommended by staff. <br />SAID AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />G.
