RECOMMENDATION: <br />BOOK <br />Staff recommends that the bid be awarded to Cathco as the lowest, <br />most responsive, responsible bidder meeting specifications as set <br />forth in the Invitation to Bid. <br />In addition staff requests the Board's approval for the chairman <br />to execute the attached agreement when all requirements are met <br />and approved as to form by the County Attorney. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously awarded Bid <br />#92-64 for Library Parking Improvements to Cathco in <br />the amount of $41,972.00, and authorized the <br />Chairman to execute the agreement when all <br />requirements are met and the agreement is approved <br />as to form by the County Attorney, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />I.
