FEB i �p�;�' H + 1 <br />�sY h . i <br />and <br />8Qor �'5 Fa,sE 551 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 92-34 abandoning certain easements in the <br />Oslo Park Subdivision, Lots 21 and 22, Block J, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />RESOLUTION NO.92-34 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE OSLO PARK <br />SUBDIVISION LOTS 21 & 22, BLOCK J, ACCORDING TO THE <br />PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3 PAGE 96, OF <br />THE.'P.UBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below, <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public <br />purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, <br />Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, Grantor, <br />to David & Cynthia Robbins their successors in interest, heirs and <br />assigns, whose mailing address is Post Office Box 6144, Vero Beach, <br />Florida 32961-6144 Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and <br />interest that it'may have in the following described easements: <br />the common two and one-half (2 1/2) foot side lot utility <br />and drainage easements of Lots 21 & 22, Block J, Oslo <br />Park Subdivision, being the southerly two and one-half (2 <br />1/2) feet of Lot 21, and the northerly two and one-half <br />( 2 1/2) feet of Lot 22, according to the plat thereof as <br />recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 96 of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida <br />Tax Parcel Control No. 24-33-39-00001-0010-0021.0 <br />This RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Scurlock Wheeler <br />seconded by Commissioner <br />and adopted on the 18 day of February , 1992 by the <br />follow -ng vote: <br />6 <br />if <br />tV <br />Q'1 <br />Ql <br />C7 <br />ko <br />N <br />rrii <br />Q <br />
