Rison Caf-- <br />Staff Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: February 17, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR MISTY MEADOW SUBDIVISION <br />SD -90-11-024 <br />#91080076-002 <br />It is requested that the data herein 'presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of February 25, 1992. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Misty Meadow Subdivision is a proposed 24 lot- residential <br />subdivision of a 10 acre parcel of land located north of 5th Street <br />S.W., lying west of the Westwood Subdivision and east of the <br />Rivularis Subdivision. The subject property is zoned RS -3, Single - <br />Family Residential (up to 3 units per acre) and has an L-21 Low <br />Density Residential (up to 6 units per acre) land use designation. <br />The proposed density for the subdivision is 2.4 units per acre. <br />On September 27, 19901 the Planning and Zoning Commission granted <br />preliminary plat approval for the Misty Meadow Subdivision, and a <br />Land Development Permit for the project was subsequently issued. <br />The developer, Cord Construction Corporation, is now requesting <br />final plat approval, and has submitted the following: <br />1. A plat in conformance with the originally approved preliminary <br />plat; <br />2. An Engineer's Certified Cost Statement for Construction of the <br />Completed Subdivision Improvements; <br />9 <br />FEB 25 4 B00K <br />
