Tuesday, March 3, 1992 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, March 3, 1992, <br />at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Carolyn R. Eggert, Chairman; <br />Margaret C. Bowman, Vice Chairman; Richard N. Bird; Don C. <br />Scurlock, Jr.; and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were James E. <br />Chandler, County Administrator; William G. Collins II, Deputy <br />County Attorney; Joseph Baird, OMB Director; and Barbara Bonnah, <br />Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Rabbi Jay R. Davis of Temple Beth Shalom of Vero Beach gave <br />the invocation, and Commissioner Scurlock led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Eggert requested the addition of a request by the <br />attorney for Prince Contracting Co. to speak regarding the award of <br />the bid for construction of the second 18 holes at Sandridge Golf <br />Club to Guettler & Sons. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />the addition of the above item. <br />Fl <br />MAP 031992 BOOK 8 b t" �� <br />
