Rison Ov <br />Staff Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: February 21, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR THE 99TH WAY ROAD PLAT <br />SD -91-06-005 <br />#92010107-001 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of March 3, 1992. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The proposed 99th Way Road Plat will "plat -over" an existing <br />roadway which currently serves existing, industrially -zoned sites. <br />The roadway lies approximately 3/4 of a mile north of C.R. 512 and <br />forms a "T" intersection on the west side of 102nd Terrace. <br />Platting is being proposed pursuant to the provisions of Section <br />913.06(4) of the subdivision ordinance which allows road rights-of- <br />way to be created in order to serve legally created parcels. - <br />On November 14, 1991, the Planning & Zoning Commission granted <br />preliminary plat approval for the 99th Way Road Plat. The <br />applicant, Reith Milligan, is now requesting final plat approval <br />and has submitted the following: <br />1. A plat in conformance with the originally approved preliminary <br />plat; <br />2. An Engineer's Certified Cost Statement for the construction of <br />the completed roadway improvements to be dedicated to the <br />county; <br />3. A Warranty/Maintenance Agreement covering the roadway <br />improvements to be dedicated to the county; and <br />4. A security agreement, acceptable to the County Attorney's <br />Office, to guarantee the submitted Warranty/Maintenance <br />Agreement. <br />4 <br />
