SECTION 00520 - Agreement (Public Works) <br />THIS AGREEMENT is by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision <br />State of Florida organized and existing under the Laws of the State of Florida, (hereinafter <br />OWNER) <br />and DICKERSON FLORIDA, INC. <br />f the <br />alled <br />(hereinafter called CONTRACTOR). <br />OWNER and CONTRACTOR, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set <br />agree as follows: <br />ARTICLE 1 - WORK <br />1.01 CONTRACTOR shall complete all Work as specified or <br />Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: <br />This project consists of the roadway widening and placement of a phalt <br />millings to the following streets in Vero Lake Estates located in Indian River C unty, <br />Florida: 104th Avenue (87th Street to C.R. 512), 91s' Street (104th Avenue to 100th A enue) <br />and 107th Avenue (90th Street to 94th Street). This project will include the construc on of <br />two new drainage culverts on 104th Avenue, miscellaneous drainage improve ents, <br />regrading of swales, clearing and grubbing, and replacement of grassed area wit in the <br />project limits. <br />forth, <br />indicated in the Contract <br />ARTICLE 2 - THE PROJECT <br />2.01 The Project for which the Work under the Contract Documents may be the whole only a <br />part is generally described as follows: <br />Project Name: Vero Lake Estates Asphalt Millings Project (Phase I) <br />County Project Number: 1314 <br />Bid Number: 2015010 <br />Project Address: 104th Avenue, 107th Avenue, 91st Street, Indian River County, Florida <br />ARTICLE 3 — ENGINEER <br />3.01 The Indian River County Public Works Department is hereinafter called the ENGINEER <br />and will act as OWNER's representative, assume all duties and responsibilities, and have <br />the rights and authority assigned to ENGINEER in the Contract Documents in connection <br />with the completion of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. <br />ARTICLE 4 - CONTRACT TIMES <br />4.01 Time of the Essence <br />A.
