5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />There, is presently on file with the Department of Uti4ty Services a <br />plat showing the area to be assessed, plans and specifications, and <br />an estimate of the cost of the proposed improvements. All of these <br />are open to inspection by the public at the Department of Utility <br />Services. <br />An assessment roll with respect to the special assessments shall <br />promptly be prepared in connection with the special assessments. <br />Upon the adoption of this resolution, the Indian River County <br />Utility Services Department shall cause this resolution to be pub- <br />lished at least one time in the Vero Beach Press Journal before the <br />public hearing required by Section 11-46. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Bird , and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Sc„rl nrk , <br />and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K.
