F� <br />gyrCpyMATIONS AND PONDING <br />Staff recommends that the Chairman be authorized to sign the <br />agreement. <br />Funding for this project is from Account 101-156-541-067.25. <br />Commissioner Bowman asked if this will impact the old Helseth <br />house, and Public Works Director Jim Davis explained that the <br />railroad crossing grade will not affect it, but the intersection <br />project will require right-of-way from all 4 corners of Oslo Road <br />and staff has been working with the property owners. All of the <br />property in that area is for sale right now, and he believed that <br />the Helseth family has been liquidating most of their assets in <br />that area.
