Assumption of Utility Special Assessment Lien - <br />St. Thomas/Fahey - Rockridge Sewer Project <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 4/13/92: <br />TO: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />FROM: Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: April 13, 1992 <br />RE: ASSUMPTION OF UTILITY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIEN <br />ST. THOMAS/FAHEY - ROCKRIDGE SEWER PROJECT <br />There is an outstanding sewer lien on a piece of property being <br />purchased in Rockridge. The purchasers of the property have agreed <br />to assume and pay the existing County sewer lien, and this <br />arrangement is agreeable with the County's Utility Services Department. <br />We have prepared the relevant assumption agreement and the <br />sellers and purchasers have executed it. We, therefore, request that <br />the Board authorize the Chairman to sign. <br />Thank you. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />Assumption of Special Assessment Lien with Marcel G. <br />and Jacqueline G.
