Bair <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Joyce Johnston, Director of Welfare, has obtained a F.E.M.A. grant totaling $64,432.00 for <br />the purpose of assisting welfare applicants with certain living expenses, such as utilities and <br />shelter.
