(See attached <br />memo) . <br />Commissioner Bowman asked if Action Fabrication bid a Liftmore <br />model originally, and General Services Director Sonny Dean advised <br />that all of the bidders met the specifications, but there was a <br />mix-up on the outrigger model that Action Fabrication bid. After <br />reviewing all the bids, he called the low bidder, Action <br />Fabrication, and asked about their bid on the detachable outrigger. <br />Mr. Ray Gillis of Action Fabrication said that he bid.one tube -type <br />6 <br />
