The draft plan was also reviewed <br />and discussed by the Marine Advisory/Narrows Watershed Action <br />Committee (MANWAC). At each meeting, the two main..focuses of <br />discussion were FDNR staff's proposal to establish speed <br />restrictions in segments of the Intracoastal Waterway channel, and <br />the proposal to seasonally restrict popular water ski areas, <br />particularly the "Jungle Trail narrows". <br />15 <br />MAY 0 5 199 <br />OK [AUC 4,0 d� <br />I <br />
