ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously accepted <br />the reimbursements from the municipalities and <br />authorized the deposit of the reimbursements into <br />the Special Elections Account, as recommended by <br />the Supervisor of Elections. <br />C. Rison Cok", <br />Staff Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: April 16, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR THE SEBASTIAN SQUARE/WAL-MART <br />SUBDIVISION <br />SD -90-04-14 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of May 5, 1992. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The Sebastian Square/Wal-Mart Subdivision is a proposed 3 lot <br />commercial subdivision of a ± 11.25 acre parcel. The subdivision <br />is being created to "plat over" an existing commercial site. to <br />establish separate lots. The site is the existing Sebastian <br />Square/Wal-Mart shopping center located between U.S. #1 and <br />Riverside Drive, south of the City of Sebastian city 'limits. The <br />subject property is zoned CG, General Commercial, and has a <br />Sebastian City Limits/U.S. #1 Commercial Node land use designation. <br />On August 9, 1990, the. Planning and Zoning Commission granted <br />preliminary plat approval for the Sebastian Square/Wal-Mart <br />Subdivision.- No Land Development Permit was required for the <br />project as the project was platting over an existing site in which <br />improvements were already in place or could be required when the <br />subdivision lots develop in the future via site plan applications. <br />3 <br />1100K <br />MAY 05 1992"�' <br />
