"Lease Tenn". The Lease Tenn shall automatically be extended for each successive Renewal Term unless <br />Lessee notifies Lessor of its intention not to renew at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then <br />current five year term. Lessor agrees and acknowledges that except that as such permitted use or other rights <br />may be amended herein, Tenant may continue to use and exercise its rights under the Agreement as permitted <br />prior to the commencement of the two additional extension terms. <br />3.
