Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall bear the name and address <br /> of the bidder on the outside and the words "Oslo Road Culvert Replacement and Bid No. <br /> 2013034". Bids should be addressed to Purchasing Division, 1800 27th Street, Vero Beach, <br /> Florida 32960. All bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. All bids received <br /> after 2:00 P.M., of the day specified above, will be returned unopened. <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT NO. 1306 <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BID NO. 2013034 <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of the removal of existing 48"HDPE storm <br /> sewer, constructing a new manhole and 48"RCP storm sewer. Included in this project <br /> will be incidentals such as asphalt pavement replacement, concrete curb & gutter, <br /> concrete walks, landscaping and signing marking. Contractor will also be required to <br /> remove and reset the existing bus shelter on the site. <br /> All material and equipment furnished and all work performed shall be in strict accordance <br /> with the plans, specifications, and contract documents pertaining thereto, which may be <br /> obtained from the Public Works Department/Engineering Division, 1801 27th Street, Vero <br /> Beach, Florida, 32960, (772) 226-1283. Copies of the plans and specifications containing the <br /> necessary contract documents may be obtained by deposit of a check made payable to Indian <br /> River County, in the amount of $75.00 for each set, which represents cost of printing and <br /> handling, which is non-refundable. Communications concerning this bid shall be directed to <br /> IRC Purchasing Division at purchasing(@_ircgov.com . <br /> All bidders shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the Bid Proposal forms provided <br /> within the specifications. BID SECURITY must accompany each Bid, and must be in the form <br /> of an AIA Document A310 Bid Bond, properly executed by the Bidder and by a qualified surety, <br /> or a certified check or a cashier's check, drawn on any bank authorized to do business in the <br /> State of Florida.
