The contract has allocated 45 days for Substantial Completion of this project and <br /> 60 days for Final Completion. In accordance with Article 4 of the Agreement the date of <br /> Substantial Completion is and the date of readiness for final payment is <br /> CONTRACTOR shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained all <br /> insurance required under Article 5 and such insurance has been delivered to the OWNER and <br /> approved by the OWNER, nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any Subcontractor to commence <br /> work on his subcontract until all similar insurance required of the Subcontractor has been so <br /> obtained and approved.
