Dock License Agreement— Country Club Pointe Unit 1 Stephen <br />J. and Sandra L. Maillet <br />The Board reviewed memo from Deputy County Attorney Will <br />Collins dated May 5, 1992: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: VfC"" William G. Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: May 5, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: Dock License Agreement - Country Club Pointe, Unit 1 <br />Stephen J. and Sandra L. Maillet <br />In accordance with the County's policy on permitting construction of docks <br />on County right-of-way in Country Club Pointe, Unit 1, presented herewith <br />for approval is a License Agreement between Stephen J. and Sandra L. <br />Maillet and Indian River County. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />That the Board approve the License Agreement presented herewith subject to <br />the payment of the license fee and the necessary insurance being in place. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />the License Agreement with Stephen J. Maillet and <br />Sandra L. Maillet subject to payment of the license <br />fee and the necessary insurance being in place. <br />SAID AGREEMENT <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />6 <br />
