The current zoning classification of the subject property is RS -31 <br />single-family residential district. The land use designation is L- <br />1, allowing up to three (3) units per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell Telephone Company, <br />Florida Power & Light Company, United Artists Cable Corporation, <br />the Indian River County Utilities Department and the Road & Bridge <br />and Engineering Divisions.
