feedback on the inlet area at tomorrow night's meeting. <br />Stan Mayfield, 665 Cypress Road, Vero Beach, agreed with many <br />of the comments and recommendations made here today, especially <br />that education is the solution, not regulation. He felt that <br />MANWAC's recommendations are reasonable and that the DNR should <br />incorporate them into the State's plan. <br />Mr. Luethje asked what the agenda is for this once the State <br />has received the public input at tomorrow night's meeting, and Mr. <br />Rose advised that after the 21 -day comment period, they will <br />consider all feedback and put the proposal in final form to present <br />to the Governor and Cabinet by the first week in July. <br />There being no others who wished to be heard, the Chairman <br />closed the public discussion. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Wheeler being absent) supported the <br />five recommendations made by MANWAC and authorized <br />staff to transmit said comments to the DNR. <br />There being no further business, on Motion duly made, <br />seconded and carried, the Board adjourned at 12:00 noon. <br />ATTEST: <br />J.
