Finney, SRA <br />County Right of Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: Additional Right -of -Way Purchase / 33rd Street between <br />58th Avenue and 66th Avenue / VanBusch <br />DATE: May 28, 1992 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Indian River County needs an additional 30 feet of right-of-way for <br />the petition paving project on 33rd Street. The Board of County <br />Commissioners previously approved the purchase of the right-of-way <br />along this corridor on January 21, 1992. <br />The property owner has signed two sale/purchase contracts for two <br />parcels at'the lands' appraised value of $16,030.00 and $3,833.00 <br />($.40 per square foot). <br />RECOMMENDATION AND MNnING <br />Staff requests the Board accept the contracts and direct the <br />Chairman to execute the contract on the Board's behalf. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />approved and authorized the Chairman to execute two <br />(2) Contracts for Sale and Purchase of right-of-way <br />in the amounts of $16,030 and $3,833, as recommended <br />by staff. <br />COPIES OF CONTRACTS <br />ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />J.
