� � s <br />Tuesday, June 9, 1992 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, June 9, 1992, at <br />9:00 o'clock A. M. Present were Carolyn K. Eggert, Chairman; <br />Margaret C. Bowman; Vices Chairman, Richard N. Bird, Gary C. <br />Wheeler, and Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Also present were James E. <br />Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County <br />Attorney; and Patricia Held, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />James E. Chandler, County Administrator, led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Mary Graves, President of the Garden Club, presented <br />boutonnieres to the Commissioners, Attorney and Administrator in <br />honor of Garden Week. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Eggert announced that staff withdrew Item 11.A., <br />regarding the Metropolitan Planning Organization Apportionment <br />Plan. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or corrections <br />to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 21, 1992. There <br />were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board approved the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 21, 1992 as <br />written. <br />'Jh 1.992 BOOK <br />
