RESOLUTION NO. 2016- 049 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida desires <br />to evidence its approval of the issuance of said Bonds solely to satisfy the requirements of the <br />Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: <br />1. The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County hereby <br />approves the issuance of the Bonds solely for purposes of Section 147(f) <br />of the Code. <br />2. The entry into the Fourth Amendment to an Interlocal Agreement <br />substantially in the form presented to this meeting and attached hereto as <br />Exhibit B is hereby approved. <br />3. This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its adoption. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner o' Brvan , who <br />moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher , and <br />upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Commissioner Bob Solari, Chairman AYE <br />Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher, Vice -Chairman AYE <br />Commissioner Wesley S. Davis AYE <br />Commissioner Peter D. O'Bryan AYE <br />Commissioner Tim Zorc AYE <br />-2- <br />
