PROCLAMATION DESIGNATING THE MONTH OF OCTOBER <br /> 2003 AS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS MONTH <br /> Vice Chairman Ginn read the proclamation into the record. Sheriff Roy Raymond, <br /> Judge Paul B. Kanarek, and Victims' Advocate Judy Deeson were present to accept the <br /> proclamation. <br /> Judy Deeson,Victims'Advocate for the Sheriff's Office,accepted the proclamation <br /> on behalf of all victims and their advocates in Indian River County.
