Staff is contacting you,and has contacted every <br /> other vacation rental state license holder in the unincorporated area of the county, to ensure that each <br /> license;holder is aware of the county's limitation on vehicles parked at a single-family dwelling. Within <br /> the unincorporated area of the county, no more than (three) 3 vehicles may be parked outside of an <br /> enclosed area(garage or attached carport). A copy of the pertinent county regulations is attached for your <br /> reference. This parking limitation applies to the residence/vacation rental at 6450 Frances Manor. <br /> i <br /> Staff requests that you ensure that your vacation rental clients are aware of and comply with the county's <br /> single family dwelling parking regulations.
