(3) not used tobacco products for at least 5 years be- <br />fore becoming disabled or before the employee's death; and (4) not been employed during the preced- <br />ing 5 years in any other position that is proven to create a higher risk for the named diseases. <br />• <br />Legislation Relating to Fracking <br />The County anticipates legislation which would create a permitting system for high-pressured <br />well stimulation or "fracking." One point of contention for most local governments is whether the <br />legislation will preempt the existing ordinances of many local governments throughoutthe State of <br />Florida. <br />14 26 <br />
