March 24, 2016 <br />Dear Sir/Madam: <br />You are receiving this letter because your organization has been identified as having been (or may have <br />been) involved in the purchase of municipal derivatives. There is a proposed Settlement in a class action <br />lawsuit regardling the sale of municipal derivatives by George K. Baum & Company ("GKB"), National <br />Westminster Bank PLC ("NatWest"), Natixis Funding Corp., Piper Jaffray & Co., Societe Generale SA, <br />and UBS AG <br />The Settlemerit includes all state, local and municipal government entities, independent government agencies <br />and private entities that purchased municipal derivatives any time from January 1, 1992 through August <br />18, 2011. The}Settlement affects only the claims against George K. Baum & Company ("GKB"), National <br />Westminster Bank PLC ("NatWest"), Natixis Funding Corp., Piper Jaffray & Co., Societe Generale SA, <br />i <br />and UBS AG ("UBS"). <br />I <br />Please read the enclosed detailed notice, which provides additional information about the lawsuit, as well <br />as the enclosed distribution plan and Claim Form, which provides information about how you can submit <br />a claim for proceeds cfrom the Settlement.
