Box 69, Okeechobee, FL 34973 ("Landscaper"). BACKGROUND RECITALS A. Effective -January 8, 2014, the County and the "Landscaper" entered into an Agreement for Mowing and Grounds Maintenance. B. Article 6 of the Agreement contains the term and renewal provisions. C. Pursuant to the Agreement, the parties desire to renew the Agreement by this Extension. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the County and the Landscaper agree as follows: 1. The background rrecitals are true and correct and form orma material part of this First Extension. 2. The initial renewal term shall commence effective as of January 8, 2016, and shall end on January 7, 2017; one additional renewal term is available beyond this first renewal. 3.
