f Hospital and medical care. <br /> g. School Accident Insurance or evidence of such insurance protection. <br /> 10. Obtain and maintain, through the Florida College System Risk Management Consortium <br /> (FCSRMC), shall obtain and maintain occurrence-type professional liability insurance <br /> coverage in amounts not less than $2,000,000 per incident and $5,000,000 annual <br /> aggregate covering students and any faculty members for instruction/supervision of <br /> students only. The College shall provide a certificate of insurance to the DEPARTMENT <br /> evidencing such insurance coverage if required by the DEPARTMENT. Should any of the <br /> above described policies be cancelled before the expiration date thereof, notice will be <br /> delivered in accordance with the policy provisions. <br /> DEPARTMENT agrees to: <br /> 1. Provide necessary facilities for clinical experiences for proper Paramedic and/or EMT <br /> instruction. <br /> 2. Cooperate in the assignment of students in DEPARTMENT, such assignments to be <br /> made under the supervision of the College faculty. <br /> 3. Provide liaison between the DEPARTMENT administrator and the EMS Program <br /> Supervisor under the auspice of Health Sciences. <br /> 4. Cooperate with the College staff in all matters pertaining to these programs. <br /> 5. To the extent allowed by law, indemnify and hold harmless COLLEGE from and against <br /> all claims, damages, losses,judgments, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and <br /> costs if it is necessary for COLLEGE to defend an action arising out of any alleged acts <br /> or omissions of DEPARTMENT staff. <br /> 6. Provide suitable area at DEPARTMENT for conferences and group training programs for <br /> the students. <br /> 7. Cooperate in obtaining guest lecturers from the staff of DEPARTMENT on request of the <br /> EMS Program Supervisor under the auspice of Health Sciences as schedule permits. <br /> 8. Not begin any training programs in the Paramedic and EMT fields while this agreement <br /> is in effect without the prior notification of COLLEGE. <br /> BOTH PARTIES agree: <br /> 1. The term of this Agreement ("Term") shall continue for three (3) years from the last date <br /> signed. At the end of the term and any Tenn Extension (as defined herein), the term shall <br /> automatically be extended for additional terms of one (1)year each(a"Term Extension"), <br /> unless either party provides the other with written notice of termination with or without <br /> cause upon at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice. Such termination shall not be <br /> effective until such time as all then enrolled students have had the opportunity to complete <br /> their prescribed program such completion not to exceed twelve(12)months,although new <br /> enrollees shall not be accepted after receipt of notice of termination. <br /> 2. �y jointly agreed upon amendments can be incorporated into this agreement in writing <br /> d signed by both parties at any time. <br /> 3.
