"We respectfully disagree with the March 9, 2016 staff recommendations contained in the Proposed <br />Draft Ordinance Zoning Code Section 911.15 and in particular but not limited to: <br />(1) <br />§9(a) <br />Length of License <br />(2) <br />§9(a)3 <br />License Inspection <br />(3) <br />§9(b)2 <br />License Submittal Requirements <br />(4) <br />§9(b)4 <br />Verification of State License Fite <br />(5) <br />§9(b)6(d) <br />Noise Regiilations <br />(6) <br />§9(b)6(f) <br />Fire Safety and Occupancy <br />(7) <br />§9(b)6(g) <br />Fines and Penalties <br />(8) <br />§9(b)7(4) <br />Noise Regulations <br />(9) <br />§9(c)3 <br />Overnight Sleeping Occupancy <br />(10) <br />Numerous Other Omissions <br />of Indian River County Public Lodging Establishments inter alfa Transient Boarding Houses and <br />Transient Rooming Houses operating in bona fide residential neighborhoods for a variety of reasons, <br />least of all due diligence.
